  Experience was the worst I've ever had at a BP. Food was cold. Very disappointed. Waiter was nice though but besides that awful and very slow service as well.

  Did a pick up order, as we were just passing through Kenora.......extremely disappointed. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti and requested gluten free fusilli because I have celiac disease. If you look at the menu, this dish is supposed to have a white wine, pesto sauce and include red onion and tomato. I received dry pasta with parmesan cheese and garlic shrimp on top, no sauce, onion or tomato. My boyfriend ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza and there was enough BBQ sauce for 5 pizzas which made the pizza soggy. There was also not enough cheese for a mini pizza, let alone a small. We are driving across Canada so we didn't have the time to turnaround and go back to get it corrected.
  
  Moral of the story: CHECK YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO LEAVING because it's probably wrong.
