  We asked if we could pay them extra to have an order boxed up in advance. You would have thought we were asking them to donate a kidney. I'm ok with being told no, but don't tell me that my order is too small to qualify for this sort of service, and then get snarky about it. I was told that the amount of time it would take them to ring me up would be much less time than I would spend shopping for my items. No kidding lady....THATS WHY WE ARE ASKING TO PAY EXTRA FOR SOME HELP.
  
  I'm calling you up and giving you the opportunity to have my business plus get paid extra for extra service. (Thankfully Red Lake grocery will do this for us, even without an extra fee that we were willing to pay).
  
  Again, I'm okay with being told no, but how about being civil?
